We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children and their families to develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities- Implement behavior intervention plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA clinician to ensure the child's safety and well-being.
- Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with children that have disabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.
