LaBella Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Project Lead to oversee architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with the ability to lead large project teams and ensure quality, schedule, contractual, and budget goals are met.

Job Overview

We provide comprehensive planning and design services for various markets, including State Corrections, Healthcare, K-12 and Higher Education, Residential, Commercial, and Municipal. As a Senior Architectural Project Lead, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

About You
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • Registered Architect in the state of New York (desirable but not required)
  • 12+ years of experience
  • Prior experience working with NYS OGS and other government agencies (desirable but not required)
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large project teams, including outside subconsultants
  • Ensure quality, schedule, contractual, and budget goals are met
  • Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of New York State building codes
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $105,000 - $130,000, influenced by relevant experience, education, and work location.
