Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year of experience in leadership roles in sales or customer service in a professional or personal capacity.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with team members, customers, and site leadership to achieve business objectives.
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate degree or higher in business or related field preferred.
  • Preferred Skills: Previous supervisory experience, car wash experience, and ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
