Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for residents and patients
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutritional interventions
  • Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers
What We Offer:
  • A competitive annual salary of $70,000 - $75,000

Requirements:
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or licensed Dietitian, as required by the state of employment
