We are seeking a skilled PCB Assembler to join our team at ResourceMFG. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) to meet high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble and install mechanical and electrical components on PCBs using advanced assembly equipment.
- Inspect work products for conformance to IPC 610 Class 2 standards.
- Operate and maintain assembly equipment, including basic and advanced machines.
- Perform product testing and quality control checks.
- Take inventory and provide initial counts of bags and labels for orders.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 5 years of experience in SMT PCB soldering.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read and understand electrical prints and schematics.
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Firm understanding of ISO standards.
- Quality-oriented and goal-driven.
