Job Opportunity at Cuddy Law Firm PLLC

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team at Cuddy Law Firm PLLC. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of cases related to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client intakes and draft due process complaints
  • Litigate cases at the administrative level
  • Work closely with experienced special education attorneys to develop case strategies
  • Manage a full caseload effectively and efficiently

Requirements:

  • New York State Bar Admission is required
  • A positive work history demonstrating a commitment to past employment
  • Strong English language skills, both orally and in writing, and research skills
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in litigation is essential
