Position Summary:
We are currently in search of experienced Municipal Infrastructure Project Supervisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and assessing the contractor's adherence to the construction documents and evaluating proposed corrective measures for public works projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct pre-construction activities and lead pre-construction meetings.
2. Analyze contract stipulations and modifications by reviewing change order requests and their cost/time implications; enforce contract stipulations; interpret specifications and drawings; manage potential claims; provide precise measured quantities and assess payment estimates submitted by contractors.
3. Attend essential meetings and facilitate weekly construction meetings.
4. Coordinate construction operations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; engage with local community groups and other agencies to address construction-related issues and concerns.
5. Oversee daily management and supervision of projects.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Preferred: Registration as a California Civil Engineer or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
- Prior experience with state and federally funded projects is advantageous.
- Strong computer, writing, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with Caltrans Structures is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
4LEAF anticipates a salary range for this position between $145,000 and $175,000 annually, based on professional certifications, experience, and project locations.
