Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices.
  • Sweep, dust, and mop floors, as well as clean and sanitize lavatory, shower, and sink fixtures and facilities.
  • Dust and clean furniture, lamps, and glass surfaces, and polish woodwork and windowsills.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and refuse, and maintain equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Responsible for collecting, cleaning, and redistributing community laundry, and maintaining the commercial laundry in a clean and sanitary condition.
  • Ensure cleaning chemicals are stored and locked when not in use, and report any needed repairs and supply and equipment needs to the Lead Housekeeper.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, read and interpret documents, and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, handle multiple priorities, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Work Environment

This role requires working primarily indoors and outdoors in a climate-controlled setting, with possible exposure to blood and/or body fluids, hazardous materials, and infectious diseases.
