Senior Cardiovascular Interventionalist

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to join our team in Florence, South Carolina. As a Senior Cardiovascular Intervenitioner, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to the cardiac catheterization team and assisting in the performance of various invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, safe, competent, and quality patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department.
• Assist cardiologists during procedures by operating ancillary equipment, anticipating and obtaining catheters, wires, and other necessary inventory and medications as ordered.
• Sustain a high level of patient care through effective communication with patients, families, and physicians and collaborating to address physical, general, and psychosocial needs of the patient.
• Work effectively to maintain an environment of excellence that is patient-focused, providing timely, compassionate, quality patient care.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment for both staff and customers, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.

Estimated Salary Range: $55-$75 per hour (based on 40 hours per week and depending on location)
