Job Summary
Sentara Health is seeking an experienced Team Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our clinical areas. This role involves supervising procedural area staff, coordinating quality and customer service activities, and assisting in budget development and monitoring. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating purchasing and payroll processes, serving as a technical/clinical resource to team members, and performing work assignments as needed.

Responsibilities
The Team Coordinator will be responsible for:
1. Supervising procedural area staff, including coordinating quality and customer service activities
2. Assisting in the development and monitoring of departmental budgets
3. Coordinating purchasing and payroll processes
4. Serving as a technical/clinical resource to team members
5. Performing work assignments as needed to provide appropriate coverage and mentor staff

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
1. A Bachelor's degree or other formal professional/technical preparation in a relevant discipline for the area/personnel supervised
2. BSN required for those departments where RN's are supervised
3. All licenses maintained in area of specialty
4. Excellent communication, critical thinking, leadership, and management skills

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
