We are seeking a Child Family Support Specialist to join our team at The Children's Choice, Inc. in Salisbury, Maryland.

Job Description

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

As a Child Family Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a caseload of 10 children and families as assigned by the Program Coordinator. This will involve meeting with each child according to contract standards, as well as working closely with resource parents and birth parents to ensure compliance with state and contract regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate, detailed and current case records on each client.
  • Prepare quarterly reports and document case sessions.
  • Work closely with resource parents and birth parents to ensure compliance with state and contract regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work.
  • Maryland LBSW or LMSW licensure.
  • Experience working with families in social services context.
  • Valid driver's license with properly registered and insured vehicle.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
