Job Description

At O&R Precision Grinding Inc., we are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for operating complex machinery, including CNC lathes and machining centers, to produce high-quality parts.

Responsibilities

* Operate CNC machining equipment to produce parts with high precision and accuracy
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines
* Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance

Requirements

* 3-5 years of experience in CNC machining or a related field
* Strong math skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with G-code programming a plus
