Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Develop Procurement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy for public sector clients, including defining project mission, goals, and objectives.

Requirements
  1. 10+ Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years of recent experience leading the solicitation and vendor evaluation of large, complex public sector IT projects, preferably ERP-related.
  2. Delivery Management Experience: Significant delivery management experience, including managing teams at all project phases, with an exemplary track record in successful client relationship management and multi-project oversight on multi-year engagements.
  3. Public Sector Procurement Knowledge: Possesses knowledge and experience in public sector procurement strategies, including public sector procurement policies and procedures.
  4. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms, with strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  5. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to effectively coach and mentor others, and lead by influence.
  6. Education: Bachelor of Arts or Science degree required, technical or business field preferred, with an MBA or other advanced degree(s) desirable.
