We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bakery Specialist to join our team at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. As a Bakery Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods for our customers.

• Plan and execute bakery productions to ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs.
• Work with a variety of products, including decorating bags, tips, and nozzles, to create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
• Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment to ensure efficient and safe production.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the total club meets the member's expectations.
• Communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service and resolving member issues and concerns.

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
