Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems and components to ensure they align with established industry standards and safety regulations.
- Analyze electrical schematics and specifications to confirm compliance with safety and quality benchmarks.
- Utilize advanced electrical testing tools to assess the safety and functionality of electrical systems and components.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers and engineering teams to ensure all work meets quality and safety expectations.
- Identify, document, and report any safety risks or code infringements.
- Establish and uphold quality control measures for electrical work.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of inspections and corrective actions taken.
- Stay informed about the latest industry standards and regulations governing electrical work.
- Offer technical support and mentorship to fellow team members.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program or relevant field experience.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations pertaining to electrical work.
- Experience in telecommunications infrastructure is essential.
- Proficiency in using advanced electrical testing equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Experience with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations is advantageous.
- Capability to train and guide other team members.
- Journeyman electrician license is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
