Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement IEPs: Create personalized education plans that address the diverse learning needs of students.
  • Provide Specialized Instruction: Deliver tailored instruction and collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure seamless student progression.
  • Assess Student Progress: Regularly evaluate student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with parents.
  • Participate in IEP Meetings: Contribute meaningfully to IEP meetings and help create a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Special Education: Possess a degree in Special Education from an accredited institution.
  • State Certification in Special Education: Hold active State certification in Special Education, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Experience with Students with Disabilities: Have experience working with students with disabilities, preferably two years or more.
  • Passion for Inclusive Education: Demonstrate a genuine passion for inclusive education and student development, driving innovative approaches to teaching.
