Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage tables effectively, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, drinks, and special offers to increase sales and revenue.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage service role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service is necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods is required.
