Job Title: QA Systems Coordinator

Post Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Systems Coordinator to join our team in Britt, Iowa.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products by implementing and monitoring quality systems programs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety and quality principles and be able to communicate effectively with production employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor quality systems programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain training programs for production employees on food safety and quality procedures.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality and safety issues.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of quality and safety activities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience or training preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Basic math skills and ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
