Practice Overview

McLaren Flint is actively seeking an Obstetric & Gynecology Physician to become part of a well-established employed group.

  • Step into a fully operational practice with an established patient base.
  • Coverage provided at a single hospital.
  • Work in a supportive environment alongside two physicians and a dedicated team of midwives.
  • Access to a Level I newborn nursery with 24/7 Neonatology support and Level II maternity care.
  • Collaborate with a skilled surgical team in the inpatient operating room and a conveniently located outpatient surgery center.
  • Utilize advanced surgical technology, including two DaVinci Surgical Systems.
  • Receive excellent mentorship from experienced colleagues.
  • Maintain a steady surgical volume with over 100 deliveries per provider each year.
  • Enjoy a well-managed office environment with qualified staff focused on patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in a shared call schedule of 1:4, with additional support for midwives during laborist shifts.
  • Utilize Cerner as the electronic medical record system.
The Family BirthPlace at McLaren features 13 comfortable maternity suites designed for labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care. An academic partnership with Michigan State University provides a teaching component in collaboration with the Family Medicine Residency program.
