Behavioral Therapist

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join their team in a dynamic elementary school setting.

This full-time position requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist and offers a competitive weekly compensation package, including a salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, based on location and experience.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in supporting students with behavioral concerns and/or childhood trauma within the Pyramid program. The caseload may range from 12 to 40 students, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

• Serve as a key member of the school's support team, collaborating with educators to develop and implement individualized behavior plans.
• Provide one-on-one support and group instruction to students with diverse needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Conduct regular progress monitoring and assessments to inform data-driven decisions and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.

• Mandatory Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
