About the Role:

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will assist with developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers. You will also work closely with store management to ensure seamless hiring processes and provide excellent customer service.

Main Tasks:
  • Co-develop recruitment plans to meet business objectives
  • Screen and interview candidates, extend job offers, and onboard new employees
  • Assist with training programs and employee development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate personnel files and records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
