About the JobWe are currently seeking a highly skilled Travel CT Technologist to join our team. This 13-week assignment will take place in Windsor, Vermont, and requires a strong background in diagnostic imaging with a focus on computed tomography (CT) scanning.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer high-quality patient care while operating advanced medical equipment, including Toshiba 16 Slice CT scanners.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Conduct thorough assessments, taking into account patient histories, symptoms, and test results to provide informed diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a current license to practice as a CT Technologist in Vermont.
- Possess at least three years of experience working as a CT/X-Ray Tech, preferably with expertise in Toshiba 16 Slice CT scanner operation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in IV start procedures and have a solid understanding of Cerner electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Showcase a minimum of six months of prior travel experience, highlighting adaptability, flexibility, and excellent communication skills.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) certification, with a preference for those holding specialized certifications like Cerner experience.
