We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Northern Manor Multicare Center in Nanuet, NY.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care services.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Current RN license in the state of New York.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs).
