Floor Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Floor Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Central Baptist Village. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

• Clean and maintain all assigned areas, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
• Maintain a high level of cleaning standards, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
• Dust and damp mop floors following standard operating procedures.
• Move equipment and furniture as needed for proper cleaning and placement.
• Sanitize all surfaces using approved methods and materials.
• Perform weekly projects as designated by supervisor.

Our estimated salary range for this position is $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
