Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to work in a 200 bed hospital with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. As a Nocturnist Hospitalist Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the medical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to RRT on patients and take over based on comfort level
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with an average daily census of 85 and average overnight admits of 7-8
  • Collaborate with intensivists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Work with a variety of specialties, excluding hepatology
  • Use Meditech EMR system, with a transition to Epic in March 2025
  • Participate in night cross coverage with Telehospitalist
  • Work with a team of 5 physicians during the day and 1 physician at night
Requirements
  • Board certification in Hospital Medicine or related field
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Meditech EMR system
