Project Director

**Job Summary:** The Senior Project Manager position at the Valcourt Group involves leading construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion and profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects stay on track.
• Analyze data and reports to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
• Build strong relationships with clients, owners, and contractors to achieve project success.
• Oversee project finances, budgeting, and cost control, ensuring profitability and minimizing losses.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Lead site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.

Education and Experience:**

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in construction management, preferably with a focus on senior project management roles.
• Valid driver's license required.
