Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Assembly Technician to join our team at WEMCO, Inc. As a key member of our assembly department, you will be responsible for assembling custom equipment based on designs provided through engineering drawings and blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble custom equipment components with high precision and accuracy.
  • Ensure all quality control procedures are followed, including inspections and testing.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project schedules and customer updates.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following proper safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment or related position is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Prior experience with pneumatic and electrical tools is beneficial.

Estimated Salary: $28-$50 per hour.
