Estate Planning Attorney

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Associate Attorney to join our Estate Planning & Elder Law team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience drafting estate planning documents and handling trust and estate administration.

• Estate Planning Document Drafting: Draft comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Trust and Estate Administration: Handle trust and estate administration, including probate, trust funding, and distribution.
• Client Meetings and Support: Conduct client meetings, present estate planning strategies, and provide ongoing support.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our legal team to ensure client matters are handled efficiently and accurately.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in Michigan.
• 3+ years of experience in estate planning and trust/estate administration.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail in estate planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client matters efficiently and effectively.
• Knowledge of Medicaid planning and elder law is a plus.
