Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical (Nights) Lancaster NHJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team at our Lancaster NH location. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized plans of care.
  • Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' physical and emotional environments, recognizing potential risks or neglect, and taking appropriate action.
  • Participate in medication reconciliation, patient and family education, and discharge planning.
  • Collaborate with physicians, allied health personnel, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, using computerized methods.
  • Perform technical skills, including blood administration, blood warmer, WBG monitoring, and other competencies required for the RN role.
  • Respond to emergency situations, using equipment and protocols as necessary.
  • Adhere to patient rights, confidentiality, privacy, and legal requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in New Hampshire or Compact State.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
  • Meditech EMR experience preferred.
  • BLS and PEARS certification required.
  • BSN degree preferred.
  • ACLS certification preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $64,400 - $99,840 (ASN degree) or $64,480 - $101,920 (BSN degree).
  • Hourly rates: 30HR - 48HR (ASN degree) or 31HR - 49HR (BSN degree).
  • Benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Retirement plan and paid time off.
  • Sign-on bonus: $5,000 (new grads) or $15,000 (experienced nurses).
  • Relocation assistance: $7,500 (50 miles or more) or $12,500 (out-of-state).
