Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be empowered to move about your space and take ownership of your work, delivering exceptional service and ensuring that our hotel spaces are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. You will be responsible for a wide range of housekeeping functions, including cleaning rooms and public spaces, delivering guest requests, and stocking carts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, including rooms and public spaces
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests, responding to their requests and needs
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Uphold our high standards of quality and cleanliness, ensuring that our hotel spaces are clean, comfortable, and welcoming

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
