As a Patient Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to our residents under the guidance of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.


Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs
  • Measuring and documenting height, weight, and fluid intake/output
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and toileting
  • Supporting residents during meals and ensuring proper hydration
  • Observing and reporting any changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff

Qualifications:
