About the Role

The successful candidate will bring expertise in clinical nursing, patient care, and education to support the clinical staff, patients, and families at MaineHealth. They will be responsible for delivering quality patient care and education to the clinical staff, working collaboratively and independently to create an innovative and effective work environment.

This position requires excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal applicant should have an advanced nursing degree (MSN or Doctorate), a current RN license with a minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience, and experience in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality patient care and education to the clinical staff
  • Work collaboratively and independently to create an innovative and effective work environment
  • Develop and implement educational programs to support the clinical staff
  • Maintain regulatory standards and best practices for clinical staff
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • An advanced nursing degree (MSN or Doctorate)
  • A current RN license with a minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Certification in clinical specialty at the advance practice level (if applicable)
Benefits

MaineHealth offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, employees receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
