  • Employee Development: Coach, counsel, and discipline employees as needed, ensuring they meet performance expectations and maintain a 100% completion status for computer-based training requirements.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Store Operations: Responsible for opening and closing the store properly, ensuring all cash receipts are accurate and secure.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure the store and its employees comply with all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook and JTSS documentation.
  • Training and Development: Ensure all employees are properly trained per JTSS guidelines, providing leadership to continue developing each individual's skill levels.
  • Store Image: Uphold store image standards, maintaining a clean and well-maintained store environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Two (2) years of Lube Technician or similar auto experience, or one (1) year of Automotive Management experience.
  • Skills: Customer service skills, ethics and integrity, basic computer skills, organizational skills, cash handling skills, and supervisory skills.
  • Availability: Weekend work and some holiday work required.
