As a key member of our composite repair team, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, modifying, and updating aircraft composite components, including primary, secondary, and special mission structures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work collaboratively with avionics, airframe, engine, and sheet metal department technicians to complete projects
* Inspect, repair, modify, and update composite components using technical data and aircraft drawings
* Perform bonding using vacuum sealing methods and utilize various materials, including fiberglass, foam core, honeycomb core, Kevlar, and carbon fiber
* Repair aircraft components as needed and maintain accurate records of work performed

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 2+ years of experience as an aircraft composite technician
* 2+ years' combined experience on Beechcraft King Air/C-12, Beechjet, Cessna Citation, Cessna Caravan, and/or Pilatus PC-12 airframes
* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Maintenance Tech Pub

Preferred Qualifications:

* FAA Airframe Certificate
* Aviation Technical School education
* Corridor computer skills

Work Environment:

This role operates in a hangar setting, with occasional travel requirements of up to 10% CONUS and 5-10% OCONUS. The employee must be a US citizen and able to perform the responsibilities outlined in this job description to a satisfactory standard.
