Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and empathetic care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure stats, and set up dialysis machines.
- Float to various clinics during and after training.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required.
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings is preferred.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
