Salary
The base salary for this position is $**250,000 per year**, plus incentives and benefits that make it an attractive opportunity for medical professionals.
Job Description
This 50/50 split position allows you to work from home and in-clinic seeing patients remotely. You will be working primarily Monday to Friday, with Saturday hours available if desired. The job involves working with a growing team to provide quality care to patients across various communities in Illinois.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Licenses/Certifications: Physician licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine in the State of Illinois.
- Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies).
- Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
