You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service initiatives

You will also be responsible for tracking prospecting activities and opportunities in CRM, monitoring bid boards for potential bidding opportunities, and working with the contracts department to ensure rate increases and renewal bids are submitted as required.

Requirements:
  • Five or more years of sales or business development experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Fluent use of Microsoft Office products and a variety of CRM tools
