Position Summary:

The role involves supporting, diagnosing, and executing repairs to guarantee that machinery operates at optimal speeds and efficiency within your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, maintain, conduct quality assessments, and adjust bagging machinery on a daily basis.
  • Interpret work orders and evaluate machine samples against specifications to ensure accurate setup.
  • Ensure bagging machines function at peak performance while minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel for larger repairs to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Monitor bag quality parameters as indicated on the quality control documentation throughout your shift.
  • Maintain equipment in excellent condition and adhere to safe operating practices.
  • Follow the production schedule and customer directives, pulling random samples to verify accuracy.
  • Prior experience in operating and troubleshooting machinery is essential.

Available Shifts:

  • Swing Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

This is a TEMP to HIRE position.

Compensation:

Starting pay is $21.28 per hour, with scheduled increases every six months. The pay range extends up to $26.15 per hour.
