About the Role:
As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will engage in patient-centered care, utilizing advanced nursing practices to monitor and manage complex patient needs. This role requires a commitment to excellence and a passion for providing high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Assessments: Conduct ongoing evaluations of patient conditions, recognizing significant changes and responding effectively.
2. Care Planning: Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families, ensuring cultural and educational needs are met.
3. Implementation of Care: Deliver nursing care based on evidence-based practices, ensuring safe administration of medications and treatments.
4. Evaluation: Participate in interdisciplinary evaluations of patient outcomes and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Professional Development:

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
