Job Summary:
Siler City Center is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Long Term Care Unit. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements:
- Current North Carolina state license as a CNA or LPN
- At least 2 years of recent US nursing experience as a CNA, LPN, RN, or Tech
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Ability to pass background/urine drug screening
