Senior Electrical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Specialist to join our team at WYE Electric. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading electrical projects and ensuring their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the field, with a strong understanding of work optimization methods and leadership skills.

• Follow all safety regulations and optimize efficiency and performance.

• 5+ Years of Experience
• Previous experience as a Shop Foreman or similar position is preferred
• Foreman training or certification is preferred
• Deep understanding of work optimization methods
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills
• Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a weekly pay schedule and opportunities for overtime. Our work locations cover the Valley Wide area, including Phoenix, Surprise, Glendale, Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Bouse/Salome, Tolleson, and Maricopa.
