Job Summary

As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will assist in supervising daily operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain the operating budget. You will be responsible for ensuring standards and legal obligations are followed, while providing a positive and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including supervising staff and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Support and supervise an effective monthly self-inspection program to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Operate all department equipment as necessary and report any malfunctions.
  • Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
  • Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
  • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
  • Communicate areas that need attention to staff and follow up to ensure understanding.
  • Coordinate cleaning programs in all food and beverage areas, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Follow property-specific second effort and recovery plans.
  • Stay readily available and approachable for all team members.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide information to supervisors and coworkers by telephone, in written form, email, or in person.
  • Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Perform hourly job functions if necessary.
  • Extend professionalism and courtesy to team members at all times.
  • Comprehend budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports.
