Position Overview: Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a highly qualified SAP S4HANA SD Consultant to engage with clients in North America. This role involves supporting both proactive and reactive business initiatives, including managed services and transformation projects. The consultant will collaborate closely with our onsite sales and delivery teams, participating in solution discussions and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specialize in the design and configuration of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
  • Capture business requirements and develop conceptual and detailed designs to meet those needs.
  • Execute essential SAP SD configurations and draft detailed specifications for custom program development.
  • Oversee testing, coordinate transport to production, and provide post-launch support.
  • Manage Revenue Account/Output Determination and Master Data (Materials, Condition records, Customer Master).
  • Possess knowledge of SAP interfaces and integration using ALE/IDOC, Flat File, RFC, BAPI, and Web Services.
  • Demonstrate expertise in EDI/IDOC and Output Determination.
  • Understand the integration between SD, FI, and MM.
  • Work on Enhancements/User exits and have experience in related areas such as Scheduling Agreements, Chargebacks, and Cross-border sales.
  • Familiarity with SAP S4 Hana Cloud and SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
  • Apply knowledge of PLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Perform mass updates using LTMC and LTVF, and have skills in ABAP Query Building.
  • Exhibit authority in ABAP Debugging, Interfaces, and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP SD.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA SD, including at least one full-cycle implementation.
  • Experience with SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
  • Ability to coordinate with various customer partners and onsite/offshore teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in S/4HANA SD, preferably from 2020.
