The Superintendent - Heavy Civil Construction plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of heavy civil projects, earthwork, grading, underground utility, or stone-based projects. This position requires a leader who can oversee compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations, review contractual requirements, and prepare necessary paperwork on a weekly basis.

**Responsibilities:**
- Direct contact between client/engineer for the project
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Execute field activities to construct the project per the plans and specifications including quality control
- Review and understand the contractual requirements and obligations
- Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork on a weekly basis

**Requirements:**

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent is required. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working on heavy civil projects, earthwork, grading, underground utility, or stone-based projects, excellent communication skills, math abilities, and strong leadership skills.
