Key Responsibilities:- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the highest standards of the profession
- Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring seamless alignment with ABA therapy principles
- Foster strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
- Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification
- Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program, with a bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
- Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training)
- Previous experience working with children and a genuine passion for their well-being
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
- A competitive hourly rate of $20.50-$26.00, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities
