Role Description
Sibylline Americas is seeking a highly skilled GSOC Analyst to fulfill an embedded role within a client's security team. The GSOC Analyst will primarily be responsible for alarm management, customer service, facilities support, and incident response as part of a continuous security operations team. This position also involves enhancing the team's threat intelligence capabilities to assess the likelihood and impact of various threats against the client's personnel, assets, operations, and reputation.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to enter the security sector. The GSOC utilizes an array of tools, including global access control systems, alarm monitoring systems, integrated video surveillance, and proprietary applications to identify potential threats and incidents. Candidates must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, capable of researching and analyzing diverse information while adhering to strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure prompt responses to incidents, alarms, notifications, and service requests.
- Monitor CCTV and manage alarm escalation and triage.
- Evaluate and process information from various sources, responding with appropriate communication and analytical reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all forms of communication, including written reports and personal interactions.
- Stay informed about GSOC-specific standard operating procedures.
- Oversee physical security and control functions at designated locations.
- Communicate security concerns or emergencies to leadership and relevant authorities.
- Participate in ongoing security and safety training programs to remain current on GSOC responsibilities.
- Collaborate with Sibylline's Intelligence Operations and other embedded teams to enhance skills and develop new intelligence products.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Security Studies, or related fields, or equivalent experience in security, research, analysis, or customer service.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and attentive.
- A quick learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
- A strong team player who can also work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
- Authorization to live and work in the US.
Preferred Qualifications
