Rockstar Mechanics is seeking a skilled Overhead Door Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining commercial overhead doors and loading dock equipment in our Aberdeen, Maryland location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-service preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial overhead doors and loading dock equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $35.00/hour to start.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death, 401K, flexible spending account, paid vacation, paid holidays, and on-going OEM training.
- A company-provided truck for work-related use.
- A quarterly bonus program tied to productivity, safety, and work practices.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
- Steady overtime available, with opportunities to work up to 50 hours per week.
- Overtime paid at time and a half.
- Voluntary on-call work available on weekends and holidays, paid at double time.
