Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Select Physical Therapy in San Fernando, CA. As an outpatient Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse caseload of patients, providing general orthopedic, sports medicine, balance dysfunction, return to work, and cancer rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, adhering to state practice acts and laws governing physical therapy practice
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients with medically necessary physical therapy services, documenting this need clearly
- Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors
- Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager
- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapy License required
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
