Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IP Litigation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a chemistry or biology background and experience with all phases of patent litigation, including discovery, drafting pleadings, writing briefs, and preparing and arguing motions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications
- Conduct patent searches and analyze search results
- Develop and implement litigation strategies
- Prepare and argue motions and briefs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Comparable law firm experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
- Admission to practice before the USPTO preferred
