We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Unit team in a full-time or part-time capacity.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse in our Medical Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Implement, direct, communicate, and document the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
- Collect and interpret patient data to develop a plan of care that addresses patient problems.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to coordinate and implement patient care.
- Delegate, supervise, and evaluate care given by other nursing team members.
- Document nursing assessments, interventions, and evaluations of patient response.
- Continuously evaluate and modify the plan of care and teaching plans based on patient response.
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Knowledge and skills necessary to implement care appropriate to the age of the patient.
